Many people have ended the day with blood pressure headaches. The reason is neither the exercise, of which they might have had a lot, nor the food. They might have even had a balanced food. But one of mental stress at work! In addition, many times people tend to get blood pressure headaches when they have bad physical condition. This would end up stressing them more even with regular work. Therefore, you can say that blood pressure headaches are caused by all these three reasons and unless you counter them all you would end up having them frequently.
